I created a new club, but the League tab is stuck on "New Tournament" "Preparing...". How do I get my new club to participate in the league/divisions? Will it happen automatically at the end of the week or at the end of this 7 week set?

You probably established too late for the current competition. But it should be active for the next one.

Ms. Tearius, are you speaking of the weekly competition, or of the 7 week competition. In other words, if we start a new club in the 2nd week of the 7 week tournament, do we have to wait 5 weeks to participate?

If you start when a 7-week league competition is already active, your club will start at Rookie Division the following Monday. In your example, you will not have to wait 5 weeks to participate.
