When you get a seasonal object from starbox how long can you let it be under the “cash register�..

One of my team mates just said the she lost unplaced seasonal objects from last seasonal set that she had in the cash register when this new seasonal set began. Is that something she should tell Wooga then?

To clearify - I don’t mean in store on the ship - I mean before you have placed the object on your island and before you have reserved the flowers. Then it is in the cash register. Can you really let it sit there forever even when a new seasonal set starts?

Seasonal prizes that were unplaced in the cash register will automatically transfer to the storage ship, with red ribbons still intact, when the new set starts. If they are not in the storage ship, then contact Wooga.

And yes, you can have multiple unplaced seasonal prizes with intact red ribbons on your storage ship from many past seasons. They will sit there in the storage ship (not the cash register) forever until you decide to place them.

So sorry, my original answer is wrong. Items stay in the storage ship forever, not the cash register.
