How many clubs can one member belong to? I see several names on multiple club rosters

One player can only belong to one club. Names are not unique, and in fact, the game-generated names are repeated. If you look closely at those names, you'll see they have different levels are in fact different players.

Some how I really doubt that.

One player comes up in the lounge as changing clubs 4 times in less than a week. Whats up with that.
