Will Gina’s portrait be available for purchase again before this event ends?

Gina's portrait is just an avatar picture to replace your profile picture, and was given free to players who obtained a Gina's Reminder card.

If you are asking about Gina's Reminder card, which can be used to fill in a missing snippet of your choice, it is very possible we'll see another one for purchase soon.
