Just asking for an opinion... Do you find the New York Memoirs interesting?

I enjoyed the memoirs fun and interesting. Refreshing to play.

It would be fun if not for so many deja vus. It seems only a select few are going to get the final prize.

I agree... I spent a lot of money on this because I wanted the final prize to expand my island faster.
Purchased many packs of snippets only to get continual deja vues . Wouldn't mind so much if at least they counted in the countdown of number needed. Not players fault there was nothing inside they could use.

The prizes are good but I don’t find the setting interesting at all. I also think the 75 day length of a side hustle game to be too long. Maybe obtaining the dolphins and obtaining the ship should have been two different events.

After posting the reply immediately above I did obtain the last piece that I needed by winning the Detectives Needed side hustle game. I never purchase anything but I do play a lot as I am retired and live alone. If you work or have kids at home, winning Memoirs will be virtually impossible as it is currently structured. Gaming is supposed to be fun.

I love the New York Memoirs. I've lived in New York City all my life, and a New Yorker's favorite subject IS New York :)

I am retirement age and I agree with the other player who said if you had to work/take care of kids you'd never have time to win enough snippets to get your dolphins. I'm 4 points away and the scrapbook is about to end. Using real world money is something to be very carefully considered otherwise you'd be tempted to buy your way out of every difficult situation.
