Everytime when I must look a movie, he always goes back to the startpage of Game Launcher, so I can..

Your game must be connected/saved on Facebook or Apple Cloud, or else you will not be able to retrieve the game in progress. If you go to the game settings, and select "social" tab, it should show you if your game is connected. Also be sure to write down or take a screenshot of your game user ID code, as shown in the game settings or when the game is loading.

Once you have the above, then you can remove and reinstall the game. When the game restarts, connect it to FB or cloud and select the game in progress (choice on the right). If you run into any trouble, you'll need to contact customer service and give your game ID code.

Good luck. I also noticed that Wooga is aware of video ads causing crashes and they are working on it. Some players have used ad blocker aps with some success.

I've been having the same trouble and it seems if I close June's Journey and clear my phone trash and start the game again it does not crash.
