Why does the green chair disappear from a player's game?

Ms. Tearius Answered:
Sometimes, the game thinks you may have used a hack software to get extra game resources, and sometimes it's just a glitch. Either way, only customer support can restore it. Contact them through the "help" button in the game settings (green gear icon). I hear it takes several days for them to investigate and retore.
