Wooga says you can earn tickets to continue Sweep the Board once you have used all yr free tickets up. Both times I have played the game I have played a lot of ordinary hidden object scenes (most recently 600 or so energy points worth) with no tickets appearing. Is the only way to get extra tickets to buy them?

Ms. Tearius Answered:

Last Sweep the Board, there were some players who did not watch the entire tutorial (closed the board too soon) and did not start to earn tickets. I actually started receiving STB tickets even before I used up all 3 free ones. It took about 10 regular scene plays before I received one. So if you played 600 energy and didn't receive 1 ticket, something is definitely wrong. If you haven't already done son, report this to Wooga support through the "help" button in the game settings.

The same tving happenings to me on the first sweep the board. It came the last day when we’re in Sherlock and of course I had not time to read the tutorial. I didn’t get any tickets and I reported it to support but I guess they didn’t really believed me and did nothing.
