You have caught up to the developers, One chapter is released every Thursday. Scenes #1116-1120 from Volume 5, Chapter 14, will be released on 30th of September, 2021.

Note that you can still level up past the number of scenes open. Currently, the maximum level is 1475, which correlates with chapter 50 of volume 6. If you have levels above the current scene released, you will be all set to open the 5 scenes when Thursday comes around, no more addition flowers needed to open them.
