Where do I access the bombastic barn dance?

It will be available for purchase with real money via an icon on the left hand side of your island. There seems to be a short delay between the mail notification and the appearance of the icon. Try updating your game. Mail notification says the purchase is available until Sept 29th (3 days from now), but my icon says available for the next day and a half.
