Hi one of my teamates had a DN with a prize that I never had or saw. Why is that?

You probably had an alternative event. For example, those who were randomly chosen to test the Sweep the Board challenge could only receive the Sudden Splash decoration as final prize when they completed all 5 rounds. Whereas, everyone else received the Detectives Needed (Key) Challenge with Sudden Splash as the final prize.
