Hi, for some reason when I log onto another device to play the game there is a game I guess I started..

That may happen if you have a different Facebook account on your laptop than your mobile device.

First, load the game you want to keep and tap on the green gear icon to see the settings. Write or screenshot you game account ID shown under the "help" button. Then select the "social" tab to make sure the game is connected a specific Facebook account. If not, you should contact customer service and provide the game ID, and have them transfer it to the FB account you want. Important: do not try connecting it to FB account yourself, or you may replace your current game!!

If you current game is connected to a different Facebook account than the on the laptop, you can remove the laptop game by going to Facebook settings, find "apps and websites" and uninstall June's Journey. Then log out. Log into the correct FB account, go to June's Journey app page on FB, and click "play". When it asks, connect it to FB and it should show your current game in progress as the selection on the right. If not, better contact customer support for their assistance. Good luck.
