When you change “books” at level 500, is that a “prequel” to the first book, levels 1-499?

Yes, volume 2 (scenes #501-750) is a prequel to volume 1.
Volume 1 = brown book has 100 chapters (Scenes #1-500) covers years 1927-32
Volume 2 = green book has 50 chapters (Scenes #501-750) covers years 1922-27
Volume 3 = blue book has 25 chapters (Scenes #751-875) covers years 1932-33
Volume 4 = purple book has 35 chapters (Scenes #876-1050) covers years 1933-34
Volume 5 = teal book has 35 chapters (Scenes 1051-1225) year 1934?
