When I tap on the packs to purchase on the deja vu screen, it freezes and goes black. How do I get a pack?

Recommendation from the game developers: "If the game stalls or crashes when trying to move Snippets or open a new Album page in Memoirs, clear up more space on your device. This issue seems to be mostly on older devices with less than 2 Gb memory."
