Anyone else getting video glitches? I'm getting a blank screen and then back to game start after clicking on videos either to upgrade landmark or reduce energy requirement.

I had that once recently, but it seemed to fix itself. Check to see if you have a game update. If still having trouble, contact customer support through the "help" button in the game settings (green gear icon).

It sounds like the same issue I am having. I contacted JJ support and after a few days they finally told me it was a couple of particular ads that were causing the game to reboot and it was under investigation but they do not have a fix yet. 0 0 REPORT

Clearing your browser cache might also help open some memory on your device and keep the game from restarting.
