Help wanted/detective needed complete task by going up one level. What does that mean?

You must add Flowers to your island, such that how many more Flowers you need reaches 0 (or the red bar below the flower icon fills up). Then your level, written in red next to your profile/avatar picture, will go up by 1. If you buy decoration for the Flowers, you must wait for construction to finish and remove the red ribbon before its Flowers will count.
