When you open your yellow folder, it will show you how many unopen packs you have. When you open the album, the same number should appear on the bottom right corner pack icon. Tapping the pack icon will take you to all your packs. If you have multiples of the same color, it will just show how many of that that pack you have. For example instead of showing 3 packs, it may only see two packs: blue "2", tan "1". When you open these packs, you will not be able to choose which snippets you want. It is randomly drawn, and you will receive duplicates, called "deja vu". Deja vus will become tokens that you spend in the deja vu token shop (shopping bag icon). Later on, the developers plan to introduce "Companion Reminders" which will allow you to select which missing snippet you want. But they will be very rare, so you have to use them wisely.
