Not all players have it, yet. There is nothing you can do, but wait until Wooga is ready to roll out the feature to all the players.

From June's Journey team: "Hey Detectives, a small number of players do not have access to our new Memoirs feature yet. This is a necessary part of game development, and allows us to measure the engagement and success of this addition. For those players who didn't get access to the first Memoirs album, we are looking into ways for you to earn the exclusive rewards - Island Beautifications - at some point in the future, and we will share the story when the album is complete so you are up to date on June's adventures.

Just know that you are not missing anything. Day in Manhatten is the worst feature ever with very minimal rewards. 90% of the cards come up as Deja Vu and you get nothing for them. It's super annoying. I hope they discontinue it.

The photo artistry is lovely, June's quips are amusing, and the island beautification looks stunning. I hope they don't discontinue it, but just make it less frustrating. The Deja Vu purchases are not bad though. Send constructive criticism to [email protected] so they can improve it for next time.

Good reply. Love the beautification and wish there were more! It is frustrating on how little they give you though.

It’s very frustrating when you play the extra competition and the rewards are always Déjà vu

I need 6 more cards, and have needed 6 cards for the last 8 days or so. Every pack is Deja vu no matter which pack it is. If I spent all this time getting this close and miss it by a tiny bit I'll be seriously irked.

I only need two cards and that is all for almost a week. How do you so much resources to try to keep playing, to get cards, only to get déjà vu. It is very frustrating, I even thought I might stop playing the game if I don’t get the prize. Probably not though, but it was a thought.

I think they have every intention of deliberately withholding the final snippets just to get you so close and miss out by a few snippets. It is just so you get hooked only to finish up frustrated and annoyed because you missed all the rewards for not completing the adventure. Please don't do this again, Wooga!

I've also only needed 2 for weeks & I agree it is intentional & will be stopping this game

I spent over 600+ diamonds buying 3 of the 5 star snipits and only need 1 more 5 star snippet. The rewards are not consistent with what they claim.
I’m not going to play the next round of this very frustrating side game. I

It's intentional but only for one simple and obvious reason: greed. They want you to buy pack with diamonds or regular currency. Main problem with that is that you play the lottery. You're wasting resources without any guarantee that you get a missing snippet.

Stock up on wild cards aka companion reminders. Every opportunity you get to obtain one, do it. Leave them until the final days of the event when you are down to the number of missing snippets matching your number of collected companions. Then use them to finish.

I am sorry to hear that you do not get new snippets. Kindly take note that better packs guarantee you a higher snippet rarity, but not that that snipped has to be new. It can always happen that you get one or all of them as deja vu.

Since the chances to get packs and as well the snippets in the packs are random based, it can happen, that you do not get new ones always. Please also keep in mind that in packs only a specific rarity is guaranteed, but not that this has to be new. If you have already snippets of each rarity, then every pack can contain dejavus. However, you can also use the deja vu to buy some other items that you like in the shop.

As well we understand that you are not completely satisfied with the amount of new snippets you got. While we may not be able to integrate the requests of all our players, we do take the time to review them and discuss them with the game team.

Junes Journey is consistently adjusting and improving the content and features, so we'll continue to tweak the game to find that perfect balance for all of our players. Your input is very helpful for us to do this!
