I've been dropped twice from clubs. No reason, no nothing. The last time I had only joined for a day then boom, booted. I play to have fun but this whole incident has made me view the game with a drifferent midset. I'll finish it, but I'm not joining anything else. Seems like a "Mean Girls " club environment. It a GAME...rudeness and exclusivity is not needed.

I'm thinking of leaving the game. I've spent over $100 in it in one day , and then booted from a club the day I joined. Something's wrong somewhere it seems. I like the game, it's just getting a bit expensive to play and the rudeness from not even giving a reason for the boot, has really hit me to the core. I hope I'm not being dramatic here. If I am, oh well.

Ms. Tearius Answered:

The president and club officer(s) are responsible for removing members, so only they will know the reason they did so. If you mean that you lost access to the lounge and don't know why, contact customer support through the "help" button in the game settings. Sometimes players lose access to the lounge if the game software detects activity that is suspicious for hacking, such as sudden large increases in diamonds or such.

I remove people who do not contribute to the team such as participating in the challenges and such. Our headline for our club says must be competitive and active.

Funny how that works...... I play every competition. The only time I have not"contributed" to competition is when I had COVID, Bronchitis & virus that attacked my spine in consecutive time frame. Still kicked off. Sorry this was not cool and maybe someone should have reached out to see what the problem was instead of "assuming."

Agree that if a team drops you without communicating, then that is not the team for you. There are plenty of better teams out there in search of good players. I'm the president of a club, and we have a minimum points requirement each week. If a player is routinely missing competitions or not contributing the minimum points required without communicating that they won't be able to, we remove them. We understand that life happens sometimes, and that is fine. But the onus is on you to communicate that with your team, as there is no private message feature in the game.
