When I decorate my island, instead of RECEIVING pink flowers, they get REMOVED. What is happening?
Also, some ads give me a black screen after they are over and I have to power up the game again and I do not get the 10 instead of 15 lightening

Whenever you add decoration or renovate landmarks, etc., the flowers are subtracted from the total shown, which is how many more flowers you need to reach the next level. When the total reaches 0, you will level up, then it will show how many flowers are needed for the next level.
As for the black screen when you watch video ads, make sure you do not have an ad blocker app. If that doesn't help, try to tap the "cancel" button that shows up briefly. You may have to attempt and cancel more than once. Sometimes, you just have to wait about 30 sec with the black screen (the time it takes for an ad to run) before the game will return to play.
