I just purchased 450 diamonds for 19.99. I already had 470 diamonds. Why do I only have 670 diamonds. Where I went to school, 450 plus 470 always totals to 920. I want this fixed NOW. If y’all can’t give me what I pay for I’ll never spend another cent on this game. I’ve been playing for several years and have spent a decent amount of money. I hate being took advantage of. I expect to have this fixed within a few hours.
You should definitely bring this to the attention of customer support. This site is just a fan-based Q&A site. To contact customer support through the game, go to the game settings (green gear icon) and tap on "help". Be sure to include your game user ID which is located below the "help" button, for faster service. Know that they are in Germany and their time zone is different, so please be patient.
