How do you get the mail carrier? It says check pink box but I've only found d character cards there.
The mail carrier "You've Got Mail" decoration is one of the two Marvelous prizes this month (July 2021). Marvelous prizes can only be obtained from opening pink star boxes. The odds of getting one of the Marvelous prizes is 1 in 8. So depending on you luck, you may have to open lots of boxes.
Because the prize is determined at the time you open them, not the time you earn the box, some players will collect the pink boxes and wait to open them next month. So they will have many more chances to get the Marvelous prizes next month.
