Hi what is the circle with the plus icon in the detective Lounge League application area?

It is a timed bonus- (I believe it lasts 24 hours) and during that time period you will earn 2 red boxes every time you reach the required points to earn the 1 red box. In other words, it doubles your prize each time you reach the required number of points to receive another red box. The green circle surrounding the area will get smaller as your time runs out-

Sorry maybe I didn't explain it right I'm talking about in the cafe in the team League. But I think I figured it out it's the people that are available to send a request to join your league 0 0 REPORT
