The game will show "not connected on FB" if you and that player are not Facebook friends. If you are FB friends, then the game should show instead the player's FB profile name.

Yet, there are times when you two may be FB friends and the game still says that. One reason is if one or both of you did not give Wooga access to your Facebook friend list when the game was installed. This access to FB list can also disrupted in other situations, such as when players are expelled from a team or during certain FB updates/maintenance.
