Landmark completion is directly related to how long you have played the game. So someone who has completed lighthouse and chapel has been playing the game approximately 1 year minimum. But if they are only at level 85, they have progressed very little in the game during that 1 year. This could a non-primary account where the player uses it to exchange bushes with the primary account, or just a player that plays the scenes very slowly but checks in everyday to renovate and collect landmark flowers.

It sounds like they have 2 accounts on June’s Journey. They use the second account to gift themselves bushes to the first account. They play the first account much more frequently. Guest Replied

You don't need to be in the same club. You just need to have the 2 accounts have separate Facebook accounts, and be Facebook friends with each other.
