If your account was connected to Facebook or Apple, then all you need to do is make sure you are logged in to FB/Apple and reinstall the game and connect. If not, then you'll have to contact customer support at upper right corner button of wooga.helpshift.com. It will help to have your game user ID and/or any transactions/purchases you've made for your game.
