We had President and 3 officers. Somebody (not the president) went thru and made all members officers. Is there a reason for this?

Ms. Tearius Answered:

If not the president, one of the officers promoted everyone. It could have been a mistake, as it is easy to accidentally tap on the green promotion button. Some teams make all members officers to have equality or to prevent officers from accidentally removing members.

Hi we did this on my team to make everyone feel equal and create a team playing atmosphere

It also gives the President sole rights as to who should be eliminated from the club. That can be a fairer decision.

I had an officer delete a player that wasn't playing so I guess officers can eliminate a player too.

How does an officer delete a player? Our President has been MIA for quite some time, checking in occasionally (probably because of being busy in realm life). There are some players who are doing nothing.
