Why do I play scenes yet my score does not change until I have played 3 or 4?

The score for each scene is not cumulative. You must score higher than your previous score to move up on the leaderboard. To score higher, try finding the objects in the order they are written: left, middle, right, repeat. Also helps to read 2 or 3 clues at a time and tap them in rapid succession.
