Before a president is able to leave, she/he must promote an officer to fill her/his position.

The President has left the team but is still president. Is there any way that someone else can be a president?Ms. Tearius Replied
If the president has not logged into the game for 30 days, the game is supposed to appoint a new president. Short of that, there is nothing you can do but start a new club and ask members to move with you.
