What are those symbols on the Statistics board of the Detective League? Those are like a notepad, a hat, a pipe, etc.

They represent the 6 divisions of the Detective League:
Rookie Division - brown icon with notepad
Inspector Division - green icon with binoculars
Sleuth Division - pink icon with magnifying glass
Private Eye Division - light blue icon with fedora hat
Ace Division - yellow icon with badge
Sherlock Division - dark blue icon with tobacco pipe
The number beneath each icon is the number of times the team has ended a league with that division.
