Hi if a building says 3/5 earns 445 flowers, the Orchid Island Gourmet, in 4 days, is that to get to 5/5 or only to go to 4/5 ?

There are 5 upgrades for each 3x3 building. If it says 3/5, you have 2 more upgrades to go. So in 4 days, you will reach 4/5. According to my notes (which admittedly could be outdated), you should get 385 flowers when you complete level 4 and 445 flowers when you complete level 5. Final total should be 1540 flowers. Hope that helps.
