Can I rewatch the dialogues with Mr Talbot that take place at the completion of each part of the landmark building upgrades? If it isn't possible in the game, can I view these dialogues again somewhere else online?

The game does not have a way to re-play Mr. Talbot's dialogue. My collection is rather spotty, too spotty to publish. If you have a specific dialogue you are looking for, I can see if I have it.
