Why in the coffee shop I'm only allowed to serve 1 drink in 24 hours not even getting the option to..

Developers changed the rules. From the JJ app page:

Hey Detectives! We have made some changes to the Café that you will want to know about! ☕️

1. Drinks now remain active for one hour!

2. You can only gift one drink per day. This drink is still free.

3. You can drink up to 15 drinks per day.

4. Each drink you serve and drink will provide League points when a League is active.

5. We've increased the number of Tips by 50% so you can spend them more often in the Tip Shop.

6. The Help Wanted tasks asking you to serve more than one drink have been removed.
