Diamonds appear very rarely when playing scenes. The best way to get diamonds is to exchange 6 regular bushes daily with other players/teammates. You'll get potentially 14 diamonds/day (98/week).

Since the update of new gift bushes, you only get a chance of diamonds. If you excavate the bushes and see that diamonds are rewarded, but not accumulating in your diamond bank, contact customer support through the "help" button in the game settings. Provide your game user ID shown beneath the "help" button. Better if you show screenshots as evidence.
