Once you've bought and upgraded all the buildings, you will no longer have them as a resource for adding Flower value to your game. So, yes, things will slow down. It can be overcome by buying decoration with the highest Flower value you can get. At first, this will be difficult and require replaying a lot of scenes to earn the necessary coins, but it will get easier if you keep at it. It helps to focus on beating your old scores, such as going back to earlier scenes. Jack's delivery can sometimes help with adding more Flowers.
