Who views [new] messages sent by "players" in the Cafe?

If you are on a team, your teammates will see the messages in the chat room.
If you are not on a team, the messages can be seen by your Facebook friends and "neighbors" who are also not on a team. "Neighbors" are the anonymous players that Wooga put together to share bushes and compete for high scores in the scenes.
