Junes journey level 13 won't load anymore than 21 percent. What can I do?

General troubleshooting tips: Firstly, before playing June's Journey, close any other open tabs in your browser. Secondly, close any other non-essential programs that are running. Both of these will free up more memory for the game to load. Another thing you can do to help the game is clear your browser’s cache.

Also if you are playing on a mobile device, check to see if there is an update. Make sure you have a strong internet connection! (That's usually my problem when it gets stuck at 21 percent). If your game was connected to Facebook, then it will be backed up and you can try re-installing the game.

Lastly, if none of that helps, contact customer support at wooga.helpshift.com and provide your game user ID (the alpha-numeric code that comes up bottom left corner when your game is trying to load).
