Why do the rewards for Jack’s Deliveries go down? I was getting 759 flowers for a 3 day delivery and now it’s 306.

Mostly, it's random. But if your common materials (wood, hammer, brick) are at max of 999, such that you are not earning as many materials, you may also experience a drop in the rewards.
