That is correct. In the lighthouse, every 2 bars you fill (usually 2 bars per day) as you renovate, you will receive 25 flowers, except when you level up, you receive 180 flowers. When you reach level 20, the lighthouse will be complete, and it will start generating 1 energy bolt every 40 minutes, reaching a maximum of 15 after 10 hours.

Flower value that you add from any source will decrease the amount of flowers that you need to reach the next level. So you want that number next to the flower icon to go down to 0 (the bar will fill up to pink), which will allow you to level up. One you reach the next level, the game will immediately reflect how much more flowers you need for the following level. Nowhere in the game does it show you the total flowers you have accumulated, only how much you need to reach the next level.Search for more answers for June's Journey - Hidden Object or ask your own here.
