I think you are asking about the blue ribbon rosettes that represent league points. They should appear in your Help Wanted cases and also after team competition scenes. Are your new teammates getting points? Try reloading the game. Or is the team newly established, in which case they will start the league on Monday? If still absent, contact customer support through the "help" button in the game settings (green button with gear icon)
