How many LEVELS are there to complete the Wedding Chapel? I'm on level 16.

There are 19 levels to complete, done when you reach level 20 of the chapel. If you tap on the chapel, it will show your progress, "16/20", meaning 16 out of 20 levels.

If completed in 19th week, what is the purpose of the 20th week?

You never see progress till you get to end of each level. Seems like such a long waste of time. Could finish faster if progress was faster. Thats why so many players never finish any of them.

I think you have a problem,that is more than double the levels .

Level in “scenes” is separate from phases of Chapel. Chapel just like Lighthouse has its own count for Levels of progress.
