Best to contact support through wooga.helpshift.com, use the "contact" button in the top right corner. If your game was connected to Facebook, you can also try removing the app from your device and reinstalling from the appstore/Google play. Once the game restarts, connect it to Facebook, and select the game with higher level. Best of luck getting your game back. Most players do.
