Using tips to buy 5-Star Box that appears to change options each time it's scrolled past view, how does it work when the option to choose "All in Menu" work or can be used when purchasing beverage?

I saw the "Add to Menu" remark (not "All to Menu") under the 5-star box in the tip store, but then it disappeared when it scrolled off-screen to be replaced by "1". Nothing has changed when I purchased it. I think it is just a glitch.

It also changed to "10" at one point, but when I buy, still only get 1.
