How do players get thousands of energy bars? I notice the YouTube players have soooooo many - way beyond the average player!?

Sharing drink energy with their team mostly. Many are also veteran players, caught up with developers, so they don't need to progress in the game and can just keep stockpiling energy from landmarks and team.

In the lounge cafe, you can serve one free drink every 23 hours, after which it costs 10 diamonds more than the last, up to 5 cups total. You receive energy when your serve and when you accept others' drink. When the whole team has upgraded their energy to 15 and everyone serves just their free drink, expect 225 energy per day. If everyone on that team serves 2 cups, it's 550 energy per day. If they give 5 cups, it becomes 1125 per day.Guest Replied

I Stock pile the packages (gift boxes) before a competition. I open them just before I play the competition and end up with more energy than I can use.
