After finding all the objects in a scene, my score is accumulated. When the final score is presented ( eg 661023) my score flashes multiple times. And sometimes it even flashes when its not my best score. What does the flashing signify?

I think you are asking about a "perfect" score, which just means no hints, no misses, no lapse of the bonus bar. It does not have to be a new personal best score or be high on your group leaderboard. Game will flash "perfect" when you complete the scene, and you'll get 10 extra coins for it and a laurel wreath around your base coins. You should always aim for a "perfect" score to get the 10 extra coins.

After 6 or more perfects in a row I get no credit. It's like it did not happen. Very frustrating,makes me want to quit game 1 0 REPORT

Not good. That is not supposed to happen. Sounds like the game is not syncing correctly. All I can suggest is to have a stable internet connection when you play. When you notice that is happening, reload the game before playing further.
