I removed a player who never participates in any competitions or comes to any meetings in the detective lounge. The next day,she posted a message in Chat boasting that she re-added herself to our team. She is not an officer. How is this possible?

If you change your club settings from "open" to "application" she should not be able to enter without permission from the president or an officer. However, if an officer/president invites them, they may enter without further permission.
