When can I join a team?

I've had level 14 players..& 15, 16... "join" my team; they were able to play comps, add DL pts. They had joined or Wooga had "dropped" them onto my team~ with all the rights to & expectations afforded every teammate.

Yes, I hear that Wooga will drop them in, without explaining to them what it means to be on a team, if your club is set to "open" membership.

Thanks for the update on players at level 14-17. It seems that has changed since clubs began initially, but the Wooga FAQs has not updated the info.

From my experiments, as of 29 August 2022: Unlock Scene 14 and play it at least once will unlock Join/Create Club, Memoirs and Detective League, but you can't play the Events (Detectives Needed, Fairground Fortune, Sweep the Board) of Competitions (Time Rush, Spot the Difference) yet. To unlock Events & Competitions, you have to unlock (but no need to play) Scene 17 (Find Both Previous Clues & Collect the Flowers).
