My club’s meeting time is 3pm so why do the time rush competitions run from 1am to 3:45pm?

My club’s meeting time is 3pm so why do the time rush competitions run from 1am to 3:45pm? I thought the competition times were based on your club’s meeting time.

During regular competition, play window start 14 (occasionally 16) hours before your official meeting time and ends x minutes after your meeting time, with x being the length of allowed competition play.
The only time that does not happen is during 20-hour/24-hour marathons, which start at your meeting time and is open for play for the next 20 hours/24hours.
