I know a lot of people have complained about the use of Magic Eye in the Spot The Difference competitions. Does Wooga know or care about the number of people/teams who have stopped playing the STD because of this? Our team just voted to not play STD any longer.
Although not as vocal, there are many players who enjoy Magic Eye technique and Spot the Difference. There is a certain strategy of selecting to opt out of certain competitions. And in fact, by passing on STD, some teams find they will have the resources and conditions to be top of the Time Rush competitions.
Non-ME players use other methods to speed playing JJ in competitions. All players use their best abilities. Some have better equipment than others eg.tablet
Not everybody has the physical capacity to do Magic Eye. Cataracts or a dominant sight in one eye make it physically impossible.
Wooga have publicly stated their support and understanding of Spot the Difference players who use their Magic Eye training to achieve goals. In every sport and hobby, the best trained and most talented players are the ones who win. It is not Wooga’s job lower the bar to please the few who want to complain about ME players because they don’t want the homework. The Olympics does not lower the bar on their sports so that more can compete. If ME players could be banned, where would it stop? Banning people who can tap faster? ME players do not use artificial means such as a computer program, they are simply training their eyes to achieve a certain kind of focus which helps with Spot the Difference.
