No, you stay at the highest division that your team has achieved until the 7-week league competition is over, at which time, you will receive the league award of that division. You can continue to advance divisions until the league ends, even if you failed to advance in a previous week.

You can see league rewards by entering lounge (green armchair icon), going to league page (trophy cup icon), the green button (magnifying glass icon) next to the chest above the teams.

I’m sorry I meant Sherlock. Not Sleuth. After winning Sherlock division award and the 7 week league ends, does it start all over back to rookie.
